Just follow the steps given below:
1.Download VLC Media Player and install it. (visit http://download.cnet.com/VLC-Media-Player/3000-13632_4-10267151.html)
2.Run VLC media player,go to Settings->preferences->Interface->Main interfaces,then click on wxWidgets.Remove the tick on "Taskbar" and put a tick on "Systray icon".
3.Now go to Video->Output Modules->DirectX.On the bottom right put a tick on advanced options check box.You will now see some options.Put a tick on "Enable Wallpaper Mode ".
4.Now,select playlist and put a check or tick on "Repeat current item ".
5.Press the Save button.Now close the Vlc player and run it again(to save the settings permanently).
6.Now play any video you would like to set as Wallpaper.Right click on the video and click on "Wallpaper".The video would be set as your wallpaper!!!!
Since you have checked the option "repeat current item ",the selected video will play on continuously.It will start again when finished.VLC player will remain in your system tray.If you wish to remove the wallpaper simply close the player and you will get back your original wallpaper

From the very Begining, the girl's family objected strongly on her dating this guy. Saying that it has got to do with family background & that the girl will have to suffer for the rest of her life if she were to be with him.
Due to family's pressure, the couple quarrel very often. Though the girl love the guy deeply, but she always ask him: "How deep is your love for me?"

Which pierced into her heart everytime it rang. She does not wish to let the guy know. & not wanting to be a burden to him, she wrote a letter to him saying that she does not wish to wait any longer.
With that, she sent the ring back to him. In return, the guy sent millions & millions of reply, and countless of phonecalls,.. all the girl could do, besides crying, is still crying....
The parents decided to move away, hoping that she could eventually forget everything & be happy.
With a new environment, the girl learn sign language & started a new life. Telling herself everyday that she must forget the guy. One day, her friend came & told her that he's back. She asked her friend not to let him know what happened to her. Since then, there wasn't anymore news of him.
A year has passed & her friend came with an envelope, containing an invitation card for the guy's wedding. The girl was shattered. When she open the letter, she saw her name in it instead.
When she was about to ask her friend what's going on, she saw the guy standing in front of her. He used sign language telling her "I've spent a year's time to learn sign language. Just to let you know that I've not forgotten our promise. Let me have the chance to be your voice. I Love You. With that, he slipped the ring back into her finger. The girl finally smiled.

Search for a file in Windows Vista
One of the ways to search for a file on Windows is the Search box available in every folder. You can type in any word associated with the file you’re looking for; Windows will look for that word in the file names, file contents, and file properties of all the files in the current view. To filter your search, say by files modified on a particular date, you can type ‘modified: ’ in the Search box. Similarly, to search only by file name, type ‘name: ’.

Starting up an application was never easier or quicker. No need to go through the Start menu and then several sub-menus. Just start typing the name of the program into the bar at the bottom and have Vista bring up the name of the program you need instantly!
A quicker way to launch your programs
Windows Vista assigns shortcuts to all the items in your Quick Launch toolbar, on its own, depending on the icons’ positions in the sequence. So if you want to open the program whose icon is the fourth in your Quick Launch bar, just press the Windows key + 4.
Clear up your Windows Sidebar

Set a new theme for your PC

Clean up your temporary files
If you’ve recently been doing something with your computer that generates a lot of temporary files, you may want to make sure all those files are cleaned out of your system to free up precious space. Check for memory issues with your PC
Worried about memory defects in your PC? You can use Vista’s in-built tool to diagnose issues. Enter the word “memory” into your Start menu search box, and you will be taken to the Memory Diagnostics Tool. A dialog box will open and ask you whether you want to reboot your PC immediately or later. Vista will then run the Memory Diagnostic Tool while starting up.
Resize icons on the fly
If you want to resize the icons quickly in Windows Vista Explorer, press and hold the Ctrl key, and scroll up or down with the mouse wheel.
Faster shortcuts in Vista
Go to the Control Panel and search for the term “underline”. In your search results, you’ll get a link for Underline keyboard shortcuts and access keys. Click this, and in the next screen, go to the checkbox for Make it easier to use keyboard shortcuts. Select this. Now, whenever you go to any menu, the access keys for each function will be underlined. Pressing Alt with this key would enable the function.
Coconut Cake
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
2 cups -All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1-1/3 cups Sugar
1 cup Whole Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
3 Eggs
How to make Coconut Cake:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C.
Now grease a 10 by 2 inch round cake pan and line bottom with a round of wax paper or parchment.
Grease paper and dust pan with flour.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt, mix well.
Beat butter with mixer till creamy.
Gradually beat in sugar on medium speed till pale and smooth.
Add vanilla essence to it, keep stirring.
Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, mixture may look curdled at this time.
Alternately beat in flour mixture and milk in 3 batches over low speed.
Raise the speed to medium and beat batter 1-1/2 minutes till soft, now fold in coconut.
Spoon batter into the cake pan and spread uniformly.
Bake cake in the middle of the oven till golden brown for about 45 to 50 minutes at the temp of 175 C.
Cool cake in the pan on a rack for about 1 hour, then invert onto the rack.
Remove paper and invert again onto another rack to cool completely.
Coconut Cake is ready to serve.
Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups sifted cake flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
2/3 cup shortening
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Grease and flour two medium layer baking pans.
Mix flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda . Add eggs, shortening, vanilla, water and milk; beat on low speed for 3 minutes.
Pour batter into pans. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let cool in pans on a rack for 15 minutes; remove and place layers directly on racks. Cool completely.
